Gray House is an old fashioned, turn of the
century rooming house with bed and breakfast accommodations. The house was built in 1894 for Judge Charles
Milford. His family occupied the house until 1989 when the Gray family bought and renovated the house to suit the needs of visitors to Skaneateles.
The Gray House is located in downtown Skaneateles, one block from the lake and the center of downtown. Our village, population 2,800, boasts wonderful specialty shops and fine dining at many nearby restaurants. Several summer and winter activities including boating, dinner & mailboat tours, kayaking, concerts, and antiquing can all be enjoyed on Skaneateles Lake. Skaneateles also offers golfing, biking, swimming, cross-country skiing, indoor ice-skating, and polo.
