Our adjacent property the 1840 "Little Gray House," is available for short-term rentals (weekly or monthly) and is located next door to the Gray House. It offers two apartments with full kitchens and full bathrooms. Included in the apartments are cable TVs, VCR, CD player, air-conditioning, and a laundry room. There is a large porch and large backyard for yard games and picnicking.

The Little Gray House has a washer and dryer for guest convenience.
 

The Ford Named after the Ford family the previous owners of the home. This first floor fully furnished apartment can accommodate four people. It has a master bedroom and bathroom combination with a queen sized bed and is air-conditioned. The sitting room has a day bed and television. The kitchen has a microwave and many other appliances for your cooking convenience.
	The Somerset Named after the Ford family home in England. This second floor fully furnished apartment can accommodate three people. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, television with VCR, and is air-conditioned. The study has a television where a rollaway bed can be used for a third person. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub, and the kitchen has all the comforts of home.
